Chemicals and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials are imported only after obtaining the required authorization based on regulations from the concerned regulatory authority. RightChem undertake imports for and on-behalf of third parties clients depending on the volume of the business and the efforts required in executing the same.
RightChem is fully aware that the non-hazardous chemicals require a prior release from the Ministry of Industry & Commerce, General Directorate of Laboratories and Quality Control at the Ministry, Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA), or the Department of Meteorology & Environment Protection, each in its respective field and supervision.While the hazardous material import demands a more stringent regulations compliance. A release letter from the MOI- Department of Arms and Explosives or Public Security is required.
Our logistics and customs clearance team performs these jobs diligently and ensure timely delivery to the customers.
